99 Balls ("we", "us", or "our") is a casual mobile game published on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

By installing or playing 99 Balls, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data, primarily through third-party SDKs integrated into the app:

• Device information — device model, OS version, screen resolution, language, time zone
• App usage data — session length, levels played, features used, in-app events (e.g. game over, level complete)
• Crash & performance data — stack traces, error logs, ANR reports collected automatically when the app crashes
• Advertising identifiers — Google Advertising ID (GAID) used to serve relevant ads
• IP address — used to infer approximate country/region; not stored by us directly

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any sensitive personal information. The game does not require account creation.

• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs to improve app stability
• Understand how players interact with the game to improve gameplay
• Display advertisements to support free access to the game
• Measure ad performance and prevent fraudulent clicks

5. Advertising & Ad IDs

99 Balls is free to play and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised based on your Google Advertising ID (GAID).

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time:

• On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
• Or reset your Advertising ID via the same menu

Opting out does not remove ads — it means the ads you see will not be based on your interests.

6. Children's Privacy

99 Balls is rated for general audiences (PEGI 3 / Everyone). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

The app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regional regulations.

7. Data Retention

Crash reports are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days. Analytics events are retained for 14 months by default, as per Google's standard Firebase Analytics data retention settings.

Ad-related data retention is governed by Google AdMob's own policies.

All game progress (scores, skins, coins) is stored locally on your device only using Android SharedPreferences. Uninstalling the app removes this data.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Opt out of personalised advertising (see Section 5)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Security

We rely on Google's infrastructure (Firebase, AdMob, Play Services) which implements industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not operate our own servers and do not store your data directly.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may provide an in-app notice.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
